This 8-week course is designed by Mindfulness Now and approved by the British Psychological Society. It combines methods from MBSR and MBCT to offer the student powerful health and wellbeing benefits. Both are evidence based methods, with MBCT being recommended by NICE.
The courses are neuro-affirming and trauma-informed. Each session is approximately 1.5 hours in duration.
