Blogs

Here I will share blogs about neurodiversity, seasonal living, yoga, mindfulness, reiki, and more.

I aim to share my thoughts, experience, and research in a way that connects and shares lived experience, where possible, to let people know that they are not alone. I hope that they are thought provoking, enlightening, and that those that resonate with you, are helpful to you on your journey.

I have laid out the Blogs in a way that I can read, with Irlen’s, however, if it is challenging for you to read please let me know and I will try and make suitable changes.

I plan to make audio options for the blogs as soon as possible.

If you would like to keep up to date with blog releases and event notifications, I will be posting on my WhatsApp channel when there is a publication.

WhatsApp channels are different to group chats and communities as they are much quieter and do not have the same chatter. Followers can also not see each other’s details such as phone numbers.
